Yes, it's here.

That's right! Snow.

Well, that is actually a photo from last winter. It really looks like this...see the little white dots?? It just started, but I don't expect it to amount to anything. We are above 3,500 feet so we expected a little. Was it not summer yesterday?? It seems like we have traveled back in time to last winter. Hopefully, this one will not be as bad!

While looking for one of last year's photos, I found this one of the little "guest house" that I never posted.  I think it would make a great Christmas card. It's around the corner!!

Snow already?!?!?! Wow!! We have been in the 80's here and I love it... I am such a warm weather girl...I can embrace the snow for a couple of days and that's about all before getting cold and cranky!... :)

That would make a great card. Wow, snowing already? Cold here too this weekend. I am not ready for cold. It should do this gradually so a girl can get used to the change.

I can't BELIEVE you have snow, Anita!

It's hot here (had the AC going), but I understand that we are going to dip down tonight into the high 30's!!! I can't BELIEVE it. What is going on with the weather?

Enjoy your flakes. I have my heater on this morning because, as you know, Floridians think it is cold when it gets below 70 degrees! LOL!

    XO,

    Sheila :-)

  12. What?!? How fun!!!! I love to watch it snow! I don't miss driving in it, but there is nothing like watching it fall. Don't see much of that here. :-( It is only in the 60's here this weekend! Wooo hoooo!!! Cool weather... at last! Enjoy and bundle up!

We had a freeze last night, but snow will probably be a ways off...of course, last year we had a true blizzard on Christmas Eve. The guest house draws me across the meadow, if only in my mind. I can imagine a curl of smoke rising above the roof...a warm and cozy place to hide away on a cold winter's day...of course I'm assuming that it's winterized...well rats! Here I am back in the middle of reality. Thanks for the moment of 'willing suspension of disbelief.' Cherry Kay

We had a snow squall about 2 weeks ago, but now we have just beautiful weather -- that's good because I still outdoor chores to do. Joni

  15. I'm so jealous Anita! We only get a little here in Oregon each year but I know you probably just get dumped on and it starts not being quite so fun after awhile! :-) I think that guest house photo would make a gorgeous Christmas card!

  16. There are flurries reported iin our area today, but I haven't seen any yet. I don't think I am ready to face winter just yet.

The guest house photo is beautiful.

  18. Hi Anita!
Oh... the snow! I heard there was snow south of here...and my dad had some last week. He said his lawn was all white when he woke up, but it had disappeared quickly.
Well. Am I ready for it?
    I'm imagining it, that's a start!
And seeing your photos makes me think it's going to be here sooner than ever!
I really don't mind it, it's pretty and when all has turned gray and brown, I love the brightness of it all~
As always, though, I wish for safety in travels for all~
Your guest house photos are so charming ~ I'm sure they will make lovely cards, year round!
    *blessings always, Anita ♥
    ~Have a beautiful Sunday~

  19. Hi Anita!
Snow! Ahhhh...I can't wait. I hope we get as much as we did last year..30" plus! It was snowing in Morgantown but it didn't amount to anything according to my son. I think the guest house photo would make a lovely card. Embellish it with some glitter and swarovski crystals and it would be beautiful, like new fallen snow!
