I don't think I have ever loved pink and blue more than I do right now. I had that red phase, but honestly I really have loved pink and blue since I was a little girl. These 1950s shades are my favorite and they seem to be pretty popular too.
These are vintage cars my dad put together...
Blooms from the garden in my grandmother's blue jar...
Everything vintage, everything made-in-America. That is my goal these days.

ReplyDeleteLove the little cars also.
Have a good week
I'm loving it too Anita. The cars are cute and I've been thinking of digging out my husband's old toy cars from the attic.
ReplyDeleteThe first photo of the cars with that yummy pink pillow in the background is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWow Anita I am loving your images. Just splendid. I have the vintage pink pillow like yours in a rectangle. Olive
ReplyDeleteIsn't it strange how we can completely go in the other direction and fall in love with it? I too am loving these new colors but you have done an amazing transformation in your house with this new direction. I love it!
ReplyDeleteLovely spring post Anita, the jar is special and so pretty. The chaise looks so pretty in front of all the light. What a great idea and goal. It is getting harder to find made in America, that is why I love using my Fiesta dishes my mother gifted. The cars are adorable too!
ReplyDeleteAnita, I love that color combo. It looks so beautiful in your home! The pink flowers in the blue jar are perfect!
ReplyDeleteThis is so calming and beautiful, Anita. I love the color combination, especially for Spring and Summer. XO, Pinky
ReplyDeleteVery peaceful color combination. I love the cars your dad assembled. What a treasure!
ReplyDeleteLove the colors and the cars are wonderful. Thanks for joining Inspire Me. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteYour photos are gorgeous! I love them!
ReplyDeleteBesos!
Just lovely.
ReplyDeleteHow simply lovely! I, too, am a big fan of re-using, re-purposing and utilizing what you have on hand(like the backyard cuttings).
ReplyDeleteLove this and agree that pink and blue is a sweet vintage look. I too just posted blue mason jars with pink flowers- thought you would enjoy! Thanks for sharing.
